What if I don't know my tech support PIN? |

Please understand this is for the safety of our customer, and to
properly expedite the the resolution of your tech support issue.
Before
we can grant anyone access to a cusomter's website or hosting account,
or even provide tech support to an individual inquiring about an
account, you need to do the following:
A) Any customer with
iHostXtremes is going to have a Tech Support PIN or Passphrase. We
cannot reset passwords or give support without this PIN. If you do not
knwo the Tech Support PIN, please have the owner of the hosting account
contact sales and billing at 614-262-2640 or 866-534-HOST (4678) between the hours of 9:30 AM
to 5:30 PM to confirm billing information so that we can assign a new
Tech Support PIN to the account. This is a requirement of the hosting
tech support department as without this PIN we have no way of knowing
you are truly authorized to make changes to the customer's hosting
account.
B) After the billing information is confirmed with the
billing department by the owner of the account, we will assign a new
PIN to the account. It is up to the owner of the account to share that
PIN with whomever whomever he/she wants to give the authority to make
changes to the account.
C) When you have the new Tech Support
PIN, open a new ticket here under the Hosting Tech Support Department
or call us, 24 X 7 at 877-801-HOST (4678), provide the PIN,
and request to have the ftp passwords reset and the ftp username
provided. We will do so at that point. It is also important to
note that you are best served contacting the hosting tech support
department for tech support related issues, as the other departments
are not alert-driven, nor are they staffed 24x7.Thank you for your patience in ths matter.
